Algae

My tank has been up and running since July. No problems with algae ever until last week. It's like an algae bomb exploded on my sand. All testing is perfect. Any ideas? What will tear it up besides a lawnmower blenny? Hermit crabs and emerald crab aren't cutting it. 24g nanocube

You have algae because you have nutrients in your water. The algae consumes it making your water test fine, but it is there just the same. Water changes are the best way to remove nutrients from the system, GFO will help remove the phosphates that are feeding the algae.

The lawnmower blenny is not appropriate for a tank that small. Manual removal, water changes and GFO are the best solution. I don't know what livestock you have, but don't feed too much as that is the source of the problem in a new tank.
