Get a super soft brush, try brushing them off slightly. if they aren't fully gone then you shouldn't have a problem. 1 of my frags were too late and when I tried to brush they just came off the piece.
I have had this happen once myself, i picked the alge/fungus off with my fingernails and put more flow on them. It never came back and it never spread like i thought it would.
