Alien Pods???

We tried to get a picture of these things but they don't come out, so description will have to do.

They do look like the pods in aliens that shape with a little flower like thing at the top. They are white almost transparent.

Any idea? good or bad. They are on the sand in singles and on the rock in a grouping.

davewbush- I didn't even consider that. Geez, they could be! I have never seen them so small or so light in color. Could they be babies?

They are about an 1/8 to 1/4 inch.
