Alittle help with TTM.

Will do the sailfinp first.I will use a colander to catch in the buckets.I am thinking about doing every 48 instead of 72.I will be useing prazi- pro during TTM.

i forgot the exact procedure for PraziPro, but by doing transfers every 48 hours instead of 72 hours, you aren't getting the full 3 day effect of Prazi. At least, that is how long Prazi stays in the system... perhaps you really only need the first 24 hours or so for it do its job each dose...

anyone know this for sure?

I remember reading somewhere that praziquantel acts very quickly - affecting flukes within an hour or so of dosing. If that's the case, then keeping it in solution for 48 hours should be fine. Prazi only stays active in solution for 72 hours, then breaks down.
