Got a Fox coral the other day, i am a little lost though about where to place it regarding current and lighting. right now it is in the middle of the aquarium cemented between two pieces of live rock. :D
 
If you have halide lighting they can be quite sensitive to them at first.

As a general rule I would say place them at the bottom of the tank, lowish light and low flow. The lower the flow then the more they will expand.

They are also quite a greedy animal, regular feeds of cyclopeeze and plankton or brine shrimp will make them grow quickly.

WOW! those are nice...thanks a lot, i have power compacts
4x65 i guess i have a koralia#3 nearby so i will attempt to move it to the bottom and see if it expands better
