I'm hoping to put my order is before New Year. I have a standard 125G 72x 18. I am thinking a wave box and a 6000.
Now my ??? Is will the controller that the wave box comes with be able to control the 6000? If so what are the pros and cons running the system this way as apposed to getting the 7095 controller.

I would use the controller that comes with the wavebox only with the wavebox, it just turns the pump off and on very rapidly to produce waves, you want the 6000 to create a directional flow, the wavebox controller will not provide that. The pump will work without a controller if you want to try it out first and decide on a controller- with only one pump a single controller would do the job.
