All Ohio Swap

Am I the only one bummed about the date.

The swap is the same time as the first weekend of March Madness,
for me, those are holy days.

I can't be the only sports fan in this crazy hobby. :bounce2:

theres so many basketball games in march madness, the good ones are at the end anyways, so it shouldn't be that bad missing sundays day games :)

Maybe someone will have a TV set up in a corner with the game on?

I should be able to do this ;)

The rock I have has over 50 polyps now that I take a closer look. I have had 15 ask for frags, I dont want to chop it up, but it would make more money. The polyps are close so I would rather sell the whole piece. Cost for the whole rock is $250 paypal in advance before I take it to the swap.

Then you grow it out chop it up and make the money with the frags, I dont have time, and I need the cash now !

Yes, I'm usually glued to the TV during March Madness, but since my team will probably lose there first game (that's if they even make it to the tour) I can probably settle for Sportscenter when I get home.

If your wondering, my team is UK.

Ive never been to a swap before, don't know what to expect but im sure it will be fun.

Couple questions though because im having trouble with the site at the moment. Anybody selling small clams?

If I wanted to sell off a couple things (10-12 head candy cane and 3-4 head torch) what is the best way to bring them? Seeing as I have no idea what kind of prices to expect, what would be a good offer for these two?

Sorry for all the Q's, TIA!

i believe happy as a clam is going to be at the swap.

best way to bring your corals is in a bag or disposable tupperware. Best to take a picture of them that way folks can see what they look like in a tank. as far as pricing lps are not my forte so I could opnly guess as well typically swap prices are on the lower end. or better yey post a pic in the thread and see if you can sell it before the swap and meet there :)

A lot of swappers use http://www.fragswapper.com/ to post pics of what they'll have to sell/trade and to arrange deals ahead of time.

Hmmmm...never heard of...got a website?

prof aquatics is from the y town area rich is the owner.. best store in our area.. no website that i know of.. just great quailty for great prices.. look him up some time.. one of the only stores around that cares about the hobby and knows what he is talking about. he is on rt 422 by the eastwood mall..

Is Premium Aquatics going to be at the swap? Remember they made a delivery to the Columbus show and saved everyone shipping?
