All Ohio Swap

Thanks C-Sea!!! I had a great time, and it was nice to walk away with some raffle items:D
The Fragswapper trades worked out pretty nice, and I liked the idea of the map on the wall. I only had one no show so that wasn't too bad.

See everyone in the fall:bounce1:

You all did a great job organizing, stocking, and presenting. I dropped a few dollars but got some great deals! Thanks!!

I too liked the map on the wall, but it seemed to be in an inconvienant place. Perhaps inside the building rather than on the door would work better.

I too got lots of raffle goodies :D

I had a couple of no shows - but I managed to sell or give away everything that I had.

Great job and see you at next year's swap (also the Columbus one in the fall)

Jen

I thought it was a great swap!

I admit, I couldn't find one of the buys I set up....I know the problem for me was time...I ended up having to leave a little before 1:30, and I couldn't find one person...I felt bad for leaving someone high and dry with a frag. I attempted to contact them at the show after I was gone (by phoning someone who was there), but I haven't heard back if they were able to move the frag that was set aside for me.

OVERALL: PHENOMENAL SWAP! Thanks to everyone who set this up! I thought this was phenomenal! I had a ton of fun, and saw some people I hadn't had a chance to see in a while.

Thanks to everyone for some great deals on corals! It is the nice people who set up this swap who make reefing a great hobby! Now that I have some more corals, maybe they will grow and I'll be able to bring some frags next time!

The Swap was great..it was well worth the 5 hour ride with the REEFNEST team..Hope to see some of you at our swap May 6 in Williamsport PA :D

Sorry to the three people I had trades with and couldn't make it. I am always on call and got called in an hour before I was going to leave. I was upset but I had no choice. If you wasn't able to sell/trade the coral let me know and I will pay for it even though I couldn't make it to make it up to the 3 people. Had one coral each with them.

How was the turn out and what was some of the nicer raffle prizes?

cowcio-I want to see that tank when it's done. I hope you post pictures. Don't forget to wear gloves...LOL

I will definitely post pics. Some of the frags are very small, others have about 70-80 polyps on them. Right now I don't have any huge colonies, the largest is 170 (or so) polyps.

The frags that I'm getting from ultimatefrags.com will be around 10-20 polyps each, I think. There is one that will only be 3 polyps, but it is the most amazing one.

Anyways, I'll post some before pics within the next month or so.

I made it to the swap...It was a great time, thanks alot.......I came with Reefnest and we travelled 3hrs and 42 minutes.......long day...

I heard there was someone at the swap with an 8 bulb T-5 setup for sale, that didn't sell, and is a C-SEA member. Please PM me with info if its still available.

Thanks

Larry

Hi All,

I know that people came from all over but who traveled the most distance?

Dave

I would guess the PA group have that one.

I had another great time at the swap. I do have a question? who was the vender with the giant clams when you walked in. I was wondering if they have some still for sale? If anyone can help it would be well appreciated.

That would be Happy as a Clam--see www.happyasaclam.us

Very nice people with very nice clams. If you contact them be sure to tell them you saw them at the swap!
