There is a tool on my website that will allow you to view and edit all Apex outlets in 1 large work surface. In other word you can review and make program changes to all Apex outlets in 1 screen. The link to this tool is at: http://www.kenargo.com/tankManager2/ and supports review mode and edit mode with full wizard support. There is a separate edit screen for profiles and it works the same way; all profiles in 1 screen.

Enjoy.

Wow, this is very useful.

It's great not having to refresh the screen each time to conduct changes to your Apex.

Great work!

Ken,

Nice and thanks!! I like it already.

Is there any way you can auto size the gray boxes so it's easier, faster, to scroll through outlets with minimal coding?

Very cool. I tried the probe value graph option but got an error when any probe asside from temp was selected. The error was "no data for specified day". Temp alone displayed just fine with the graph.

Ken,

I don't know if this is what you meant to do, but when I click one of the icons, the page refreshes, but to the first outlet and only the one outlet I clicked to edit is editable and there are no other edit icons. So, it appears I can only edit one outlet at a time. It sure would be nice to "edit all".

The Apex protocol only allows a single save at a time so in order not to collide with what is supported in the controller I chose a similar model around editing. I try to keep you pointed to the outlet you select and edit but to go further would be problemmatic (e.g., save order, etc) so at least for now I'm not planning to make changes for multi-outlet commit but I may change it in the future.

I assume you are referring to the status and control (or graph probe) item on the same page?

It is possible that there is no date for the selected date?

I'll take a look and see it there is something in the code that needs updated; it worked the last time I tried it.

At home the results were differnt but I got wrong values for ORP and Temp.

I am running windows XP and using IE 8.0.6001
Here is what I did. At the login page, I selected Graph probe values. Once logged in, the default Temp value was displayed in graph form and appeared to be correct.

Next I added check marks in the ORP and PH boxes and hit "Update", which is when I got the above error. I just tried it from home and it seems to work here. I will check again from the office tomorrow to see if the results are different.

The tool polls the Apex for the value but I'll do some testing here and make sure something hasn't gone wrong...

This is great! Is there any way that you can stay signed in like the tank manager? When i close explorer on try to go back in I have to re-enter my user name and password for the Apex.
