ALS C-250 reactor - anyone have one of these?

I picked one of these up today and wanted to know if anyone has experience with one to help me get it setup. I talked to Carlos at ALS and he was going to fax me directions, but they didn't show up.

Hey ben,
Give me a call on this I have experienced setting up several reactors. Do you have a PH Monitor/Controller?

no monitor or controller. i know it works better with one, but i'll keep my eye open for one.

It can be done without one, but you have to stay on top of water parameters very closely to get it dialed in. I mean closely!
The 2" drain still working good?

ok, here's a very rough layout of the setup as it sits. refer to pic above for actual part. The coupling in the red line might need to be seperated, but not sure. The line from the bottle comes from the bubble counter on the regulator.

anyone with ideas of what is not right?
