Alveopora dying off!

I got this piece 13 days ago, it looked like this.

Today it looked like this.

Temp 79, PO3 0.00, N03 0.00, CA 480, KH 10, SG salinty 1.025 and 34,
PH8.2. I drip Brightwell Kalk + 2. no test for Mag yet, so not sure of that.
Bottom pic shows two places one in the back is dead and the front is dying) other corals look fine.
This is a pic of the whole tank yesterday.

What am I doing wrong?

The tank parameters seem fine. Have you tried to move the coral closer to the lights?

Hey Mark, Over the last couple days, I have done a lot of reading,medium light and low to moderate flow. I think I will try moving it over by where the goniopora is first (less flow) there. .The goni was in the same area as the alviapora and did not do very well in that spot either. I want to see if it likes it better on that side of the tank first( Baby steps ), if not I will try bumping up the intensity of the lights 5% and see if that helps. Thanks,

I just switched from 4-t5s to a pair RW30s eight days ago. They are @ 40% acclamation mode.
