Am I doing this right? (tank transfer)

I started my tank transfer today. I am transferring everything from my 24 gal AquaPod to a 26 gal bowfront with 10 gal fuge. I bought new live sand and mixed about 15 gals of new water thats currently sitting in the tank with a powerhead. Its a bit cloudy, but not much. Do I let that sit overnight or is it safe to transfer the livestock tonight? I'm going to fill up the rest of the tank using water from the old tank.

Also, in what order should I add the livestock? Corals or fish first? Which fish first (2 true percs, yellow watchman, purple firefish.) Any other tips or suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Id let it sit overnite witha piece pf filter floss or somethign on the intake for the PH to filter the sand out of the water colum, then just transfer all the livestock and the remaining water. Should be just like doing a large water change. Just make sure tmep matches in both tanks. You may want t run some extra carbon for a few days due to corals slimeing up but you should be fine other than that.
