am i missing something?

well my brother's shipment came in last night, and i finally got a chance to see if everything was there. everything was perfect other than 2 things.

1. How do i connect the three prong cord to the Ice cap Ballast (it looks like the ballast has a 4 prong square thing).

2. the ehiem pump i receive did not come with any suction cups. this mean plastics vibrating on the glass sump. This I'm sure will make a bit of noise.

Other than that, All seem well.
