Am i overstocked?

Baffles, strategically placed, act as bubble traps...they break down the bubbles caused by the turbulence of the return pump, as the water flows through the sump. They also allow, like Christtie (Girlie, you need to stick to one spelling, lol. I am always getting this wrong) suggested. Pretty much any wet/dry can be converted...just some will take a bit more work than others depending on what you are looking to do with it. You can get the acrylic to make the baffles at Home Depot, then just use 100% silicone caulk (NOT the one with mildrew resistent additives) to hold them in place. The silicone should be allowed at least 24 hours to dry before you put water in the sump. Do look at several baffle setups as some are more effective than others.

Haha Marcye no one but my parents have been able to ever get my name right since birth :) Call me Chris if its easier :)

And yes GE Si I (it should say 100% Silicone on it) is what you can use.. the II has mildew and mold repellant which a) doesn't work in your bathrooms b) kills what you put in your tank.. I don't know why they bothered to make the stuff

hahaha, dan ijsut read what your dad posted about your comment.....good stuff, and Walmart was a blast.....hahaha, "if i just had two more......." hahahahahahaha
