Am I ready for a clam?

After reading the sticky I know that my water is fine for a clam, what I'm nervous about is my lighting. I have a 55g tank and a 4x54w T5HO fixture without individual reflectors.

I'm not the biggest fan of clams but my fiancé really has a thing for them. Let me know what I can do!

You may be ok with a squamosa or derasa up high on the rocks.

i would wait untill tank is esstablished at least a year and you upgrade your lighting
