Ames / DM - 10lbs of new aragonite sand, free

csammis

Mental Institution
I moved the contents of my 5 gallon hex into a 10 gallon tank today, and in doing so I decided I wanted a smaller sand bed...too much detritus in the old one. I opted for getting a new 20lb bag of CaribSea Indo-Pacific aragonite, small-grain, black and white. I only used half of the bag, and I have no plans to use the rest in the near future.

If anyone wants it, pipe up and it's yours :) The sand is currently in Ames (I work at the university and my tank is in my office), but I live in DM so it would be no problem to bring it down.

csammis, are you still around the ISU campus? I've only met you once, but thought I saw you the other day near Curtiss and would have felt stupid for having said hi...

PM sent as fast as lightning to the eye of the cyclops ! :D

Hey, I sent you a PM back, but I'm not going to the meeting in Altoona today. You've probably already left for the meeting, so you may not get the PM until you get back to Waterloo :(

Yep, sure am, and it's likely you did see me by Curtiss :) I used to work there, and every MWF I meet up with my old coworkers for lunch. I work in Snedecor now.
