I just added some live sand and live rock. How long before I should see some ammonia. So far my tests are clear. Thanks

could take a few days. depending on where you got it from. if you got it shipped then i would say a couple days. if you got it local from an established tank then you may not see any if there was no die off during transport. in any case you can add a piece of shrimp from your food store to get the cycle started
