OK, so I just tested my water again, and my ammonia is 0.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the?!?!?!?!???? How and what do I need to do to lower it?

you could do some water changes, are you cycling now? anything die?

has the tank cycled yet raen and if so the only sloution is water changes, with good quality water, if the tank has cycled the reason why ammonia is evident has to be established, other wise it will reappear

could you give more information, what do you have in the tank? are you still going through the cycling process? your other water parems. how long has the tank been up and running?
