Anampses femininus, whats yours eating.

What have you guys gotten your Anampses femininus to eat.

My females are still rock & sand foragers, but do eat mysis like champs. My male has started to experiment with pellets.

Yes, mine loves to turn up the sand. She likes to chew on live brine shrimp. Like she sucks the juice out of them. Loves live mysid shrimp and goes after frozen pretty well. I'm on two weeks so far.

Good luck. Every anampses I've owned has taken pellets. Just a matter of time. I just saw one of my females take a couple of hits this morning!

They were three days out of the ocean when sent to my importer, 5 days there and four days in my SPS tank. The male started on day two, the first female on day four. She was chowing on them all aftn today. The second female is looking at them, but has yet to try. As a matter of reference, all three were chewing on mysids on day one.
