Anchor worm...What would you do?

Well, ten days ago I noticed my clown had a small white dot on his right Pec. Today it looks horrible and has something hanging from it...see pic. My wife and I think it is an Anchor worm.
So here is my situation, please tell me if you were me what you would do. I have this clown and one other in my DT. I have a royal gramma and a blue reef chromis in my QT and they have been there just under a month with no signs of anythng. I don't want to stress everything out, but I'm thinking the best thing to do at this point is to put the gramma and the chromis in the DT and pull the clown for the QT. I will try and tweaser out the worm, and than put Steve in the QT for "observation" for a while. Does this sound reasonable?
I want to go about it by stressing out all the fish the least as possible. Flicker (the other clown) is going to freak out when steve is gone and there are two new fish in the DT, but I think Steve needs to be in the QT by himself until I can nurse him back to health.
Any other suggestions? How do I treat Anchor worm other than pull it...is there medicine?
