I suspect my tank has somehow become infected with Anchor Worms. I'm not quite sure how this happened but I have been fighting what seemed like unbeatable Crypto for months upon months with several failed attempts, maybe I misdiagnosed this all along...
Does anyone have any advice? I've never crossed the path of this beast before. Tank has been treated with Prazi for about 24 hours and it doesn't seem to have helped much but I still have my fingers crossed that it will.
It looks like certain less common drugs are useful in this situation but it appears non of them can be used in a FOWLR tank. Right now my rock is essentially base rock. I'd love to treat the entire tank but will want to keep hard corals and inverts in the near future.
Shy of pulling all of the fish into QT, treating with neurotoxins, and dumping a handful of gallons of bleach into the display... are there any other options?

I'll continue to work on better pictures. He's quick!
