Anem w no tentacles

As far as I know, it is a green LTA. It is brown with purple/pink tips, and has always (approx 2 months) been attached to my live rock. It has grown since I have had it, and it seems perfectly healthy to my semi-trained eye.

I highly doubt your anemone is an LTA if it's been in your rock work for two months. Your anemone is most likely a bta or h. Crispa from your description.

Here is a better pic of the anemony in question. It stays near the top, on the rock, within 12" of where I put it the day I got it. For the last couple of weeks it has been sitting higher than in the pic. I had to move the colony of green zoos, and he's been sitting right where they are in the picture. As a side note, apparently he ate my peppermint shrimp last night. In the morning I saw two white antena sticking out of it's mouth... Talk about the cat that ate the canary...

If it is a condy, that would explain why your clowns have no interest in it.

And are you saying it ate a fire or skunk cleaner shrimp? (peppermints, at least the ones i've seen, dont have white antenna) either way...that SUCKS!
