That looks like the Heteractis aurora aka beaded anemone. The only clown fish I've read about, that have a relationship with that anemone is the A. tricinctus (three stripe clownfish), A. clarkii, A akindynos, A allardi, A bicinctus, A chrysogaster, A chrysopterus. Those ocellaris may not ever host that anemone. If it is a beaded anemone it perfers its foot in the sand. There is a good chance your anemone ate your cleaner shrimp but I would look all over the tank just incase.
