Tip of your finger between the bag and the nem. separate them slowly. When you take it out of the bag cup it in the palm of your hand to transport it to the tank.
IM not sure what kind and i dont have a camera to take a pic. It is white with purple tips and it has a yellow orange base, and i no you shouldnt buy bleached anemones but thats all my lfs had.
if it has long tenticles w/purple tips, probably a condalactis (sp) anemone. If it is on the small side and short tenticle, sounds like a sebae anemone. Sebaes are a little hard to keep, but condys are pretty easy. Good luck with it.
