Anemone caught in powerhead...HELP

Hey folks - my week old flametip is caught up on my powerhead at this time. I have turned it off of course, but the water is a little cloudy now. Any thoughts on what best practices should follow now with my anemone?

what kind of powerhead? any pic of the anemone now?
i got couple RBTA live through thing like that, but just watch it closely.

all powerhead intake should covered up until it settled.

I had one pulled through the guard on a koralia 1 and it's looking great now. It was a neon yellow bta and it was pretty torn up above its foot. It's nestled in a dim corner of the tank now and is nice and puffed up.

I'd take yours and place it in a low flow place in your tank until it extracts itself from the powerhead. Place it in a safe spot and just let it recover. Clean water and good lighting will be your friends through this, in my experience
