Anemone & Clam Question

Will T5 lighting support these animals? I have a 40g breeder with 4-39w bulbs(156W).

yes you will have no problems..it wont grow quite as fast as if you had halides..but should get some great color..what kind of bulb setup do you have or are you thinking about...t5s are great for lots of different bulb options..
