Anemone crawled into rock cave!!

I just got my first anemone today after he was in the tank for about 30mins, he decided to make his way into my liverock cave. Will he make his way back out? Or will I have to remove my rock to get him out? I adjusted the flow in the tank and he seemed fine at first. Thanks

hes going to have to get adjusted. my last anemone hid in the dark. did you adjust him to your lights? might be to strong for it right now. what kind is it?

What lights do you have?

What lights was it under?

Are you acclimating it to your lights? (( I always use 3 layers of window screening, supported by egg crate, b/t the lights and the tank. Remove a layer every 5-7 days )).
