Anemone Decision

About 2 weeks ago I lost one my spotcinctus clownfish that was paired with the female. The male died. But does that mean I can't put another spotcinctus clownfish on the tank. I know they're pretty territorial. I've had them for about 1 and a half months. The tank is 55 gallons.
Also I want to get a anemone for my 3 gallon nano tank. But what can I get. I want one that's hardy and reef safe. If I ever get one I probably won't get a clownfish because the tank is so small.
Parameters for nano tank:
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Ph 8.0
Kh 120
Salinity
1.023
My questions are:
Do my parameters need to be better?
Can I get another spotcinctus after one died after 1 1/2 months being in the tank?
What's a hardy anemone that's reef safe and won't eat my corals?

Anemones in small tanks (especially 3 gallons) aren't really recommended. But maybe you might be able to get away with a small mini maxi? And for parameters perhaps consider raising it to 1.025.

For adding a another clown, I think that is always going to be a risk. There are ways of slowly introducing a clown but even then there is no guarantee.

And rbtas are usually good choices in reef tanks (I'm guessing for your 55?) considering their coloring and sting isn't too terrible to most corals. But regardless of what anemone you get, none will really purposefully try to kill a coral. If a coral is in a spot they want and the anemone has a strong enough sting (like a haddoni or gigantea) then it is possible for that coral to be stung/burned and eventually killed by an anemone if not moved.

I would be very careful as to any livestock being put in 3 gallons.

You can basically dip your hand in the water and drastically change the params
