I would return it for a BTA. RBTA and GBTA have the same care requirements -- both are just color morphs of BTAs.

That's a condylactis. Notorious for moving around, however, they will remain stationary when they are happy. They like their foot planted in a hole in the liverock with the walls of the liverock protecting their column.
