Anemone dying or splitting?

This is my bubble to anemone. I'm not sure if it's dying or splitting. It's been like this for about two days now. Any help is appreciated.

It does not look good. Tentacles are short and it is bleached. What lighting is it under and what are your parameters? This anemone needs target feeding because it looks like it is starving.
