Anemone Dying?

I noticed my anemone on the rock was closed up. I know it regularly closes up and looks like a bowl with little-to no tentacles sticking out. But now my 'Nem deflated instead of "closing up". Is it dying? My BTA does host my pair of perc clowns so maybe it was just randomly agitated? The tentacles have moved in. It still has eaten, it still has the sticky tentacles, and it looks like it has opened up a little bit since I fed it.

My tank params are:
Nitrate: 30ish
Nitrite: 0
Alk: 200
pH: 8.0-8.4

Sorry for the bad pic but its all I got:

Thanks for the help in advance!!!

work now?

It may be stressed from something. As long as you don't see a gaping mouth I wouldn't say it's dying. I'd try to find out the cause of the stress and remove that. Since it seems to do better after feeding you could try to feed it every other day but keep the size of the food small like the size of a pencil eraser.
