Anemone feeding question

I have a 14 inch stripped carpet i tried to feed him a silverside soaked in selcon he ingested it and then spit it out. My BTA ate it with no problems any help would be appriciated.

try agian or try shrimp, krill, squid,mysis, some anemones like smaller chunks size like half of a silverside also i dont feed the heads just the tails less bony

I cut them in half,fed tails only and his host clown takes him mysis with no luck.
