Its very rare that I ever target feed my anemones... Maybe once or twice a month, if that.
What kind of anemone? How often are you trying to feed it? What are you trying to feed it?

It's a Condy. Today I fed it two small pieces of shrimp and a small silverside. It readily accepted all of it.

Silversides are bad news for anemones. I'd recommend stopping immediately.

A lot of people have reported their nems taking a turn for the worse after feeding silversides. A lot of times this results in death. There are far better options available, and I'd hate to see you lose a nem from a bad silverside.Keep the food size down -- just feed small particles -- until your nem has time to fully acclimate and gain some zoox back. The smaller the particle the better at this point, since the nem doesn't have to work as hard to digest it. It's already working on building back up its zoox population, there's no need to compound the issue
