Anemone food?

Anemone does not really need any super-food to get healthy. Just need the correct condition for the species, good water quality. Any seafood is fine. make sure the food does not have a lot of bacterial in it (gut of small fish or spoiled, smelly fish). Give them calories to they can use to heal themselves would be great after shipment, but not essential. If need they just get a bit smaller and use their mass to repair/heal themselves.

I used to feed my anemones directly things like mysis. I used to think I should because they have a mouth. I used to... Feeding while stressed could stress them more. If you try use something small.
Pretty much every time I fed them, was it, it/they would split. I don't directly feed them at all anymore. They grab photons and what ever else flies by them and happens to land on them.

Had a stubborn case of cyano to hit them hard with chemiclean, changed out lights from AI led to temp T5 (only 2-24 watt) till could get new led (kessil ap700) going and since lights are strong starting off slow so they may not getting perfect level so was think stood substitute may help
