I have a 75 gallon reef tank and i have a gbta and it went behind the rocks a month ago and it just came back out but it looks like crap and none of the tenticles are really there and it looks like its going to the back of the tank again i also have a maroon clownfish that hosts it. What should i do and or any ideas of keeping it from going behind the lights maybe a island effect type of thing any suggestions would be great if you have any questions just let me know.

You'll need to post your water parameters (chem test results), type of lighting, and age of tank. It's the only way to determine what the problem is.

If your anemone is moving around he's unhappy where he is. Could be the light levels, could be the water flow, could be the water make-up.

Need more info :) and post some pictures of him.

Just did some testing everything is where its supposed to be lights are 6bulb t5s two powerheads tank is also over 1yr old almost 2 and he was behind the rocks for a couple months

Host them on a website like www.tinypic.com then copy the link to the picture here with the tags [ img][ /img] or I think there might be a way to imbed directly to the site but I'm not 100% sure.

I know you say your water levels are in range, but for sake of others helping out they really need to see all the numbers to be sure, it's not settling for some reason what that is who knows.

My first step would be to pull the maroon out and either put it I'm the sump or another tank until the 'nem is healthy. I hope it pulls through for you!
