Anemone- Help!!!!

Morning guys.

So I have a 16g nano tank which has been set up for 2 months now, I used live rock and water out my Red Sea 250 which is 3 years old. I know it was to soon but I put this anemone in like 2 weeks after the tank was running and it seemed ok but the last few days I have started to worry about it.

Can someone tell me firstly what anemone it is and secondly how unhealthy is it?

It's a green bubble tip. It looks ok to me. Is it eating?

Im not 100 percent sure, i was away alot last month, but i fed it some shrimp when i cam home to its moth wide open and made sure the shrimp couldn't steal it and cam back an hour later and it was closed up so yes i think its eating well now

I'd continue feeding it every 2 days and if it's healthy it'll eat. Is it hosting a clown fish?

No not at the moment my clown decided it wanted a closer look at the return pump....
