Posted in the general reef board as well but I'm so desparate I thought I'd look for help here as well..... Thanks.....

Can anyone help me with suggestions on how to detach multiple anenomes from large chunks of live rock? My once predominantly sps and lps 180 gal reef tank has slowly become an almost anemone only tank as 2 small anemones have divided into about 10 beasts that have sytematically mowed through my corals as they relocate and divide. I've concluded the only way to get rid of them is to take out the rocks one by one and try to detach them somehow then take them in to the LFS. I'd prefer not to kill then but I've recently become so aggravated I've considered sucking them out with a garden hose. They never move onto the plexi or I could get them off easily. They are all bubble tip or rose tip anemones. Thanks for any suggestions and beware anyone thinking of putting an anenome in their tank for a clown fish home......
