Anemone Help

This morning my sebae looked happy and healthy. I just checked in again and it is all shrunken down and the clown that is with it is swimming around trying to get it to open. I am working on getting water test down... Anybody got any ideas??? Please

How long have you had the anemone? What are your water parameters (temp., specific gravity, nitrates, etc.)? Have you had any sudden changes in your tank lately? Pics?

Okay that was really strange. I went to get some water to do changes with and when I came back it was starting to open again. I have had him about a week and no problems with him in that time frame. Actually a clown found him the first day and has paired with him.

I would bump your salinity up a bit, to 1.026 -- though I don't think that had anything to do with what happened.

I would still keep an eye on it, since it is still new, and from your sig your tank is fairly new. But, it could be that something bothered the anemone, or it was just doing an internal water change -- and it does that by expelling all of it water by shrinking down. My haddonis will do that from time to time, and back when I had an LTA, it would do that if I bothered it.

My Haddoni will actually fully disappear under the sand/rock where I can't even tell that it is there.
