Anyone know what kind of Anemone this is? It was supposed to be an RBTA, but I doubt it. The tentacles are split and forked at the ends, and it's currently hosting 2 ocellaris clowns. Here's some pics.
Let me talk that one over with the missus. I might be up for that. Plus, I've had good luck in the past getting RBTAs to split when I wanted them too, so perhaps I could keep it somewhat in check.
I'm curious how the clowns will respond to a new anemone. They are ALL OVER this one, moreso than any clowns I've seen before.
Ocellaris are natural symbionts with magnificas, thus the enthusiasm on the part of your clowns. With a BTA your clowns might or might not take to the anemone, but don't expect it to be with the same exuberance.
