Looks like a bleached rock anemone to me

The picture is out of focus. Take a picture with the anemone in focus with just tank light, no flash. Crop it so that the picture show mostly the anemone. Re-size it to 800 and post it.
I cannot tell for sure since you picture is too small, out of focus, washed out with your flash but I guess that it is a Mini Carpet, S. tapetum, the Maxi variety.
