Anemone ID?

I have been trying to figure out what type this is. I was thinking long tentical but the foot is white, not red. Also, it was growing pretty well when I first got it about a year ago but has leveled off and was looking for any advice to pick it back up. Right now I simple feed it Kent's Phytoplex once about every 3 days and the occasional spectrum pellet or krill.

I would say it's a condylactis from the best I can tell. Pics of the column might be helpful in giving a definitive id.

You should feed it meaty foods like silversides or small pieces of table shrimp. Phyto will not do much for an anemone.
