It's tentacles are very short. How much do they want for it?

Tentacles are very deflated.. very very deflated. Looks like it almost died and started recovering.. or dying..

I'd offer them $10, they aren't likely to have anyone buy it. The tentacles will grow back with good water parameters and lighting. I'd feed it twice a week also.
