Hi all,

Just to confirm the ID of my anemone I got from my lfs, they said it was a corn anemone, although I have never heard of this before..

Placed on my rocks and happily moved to the place below & eating finely cut cocktail shrimp.

I can't see the picture so well but it could be a Sebae Anemone (H. Crispa).

Does it have little blue tips?

It looks like a H.crispa to me,but need a better pic.

I just notice you posted that already, must have beat me by a couple of seconds.

Yes they are more purple. Thanks all for the ID.

Heteractis crispa anemone. A nice one at that. Unfortunetly, with the right lighting and feeding, it will outgrown your 12g very quickly, like i'm talking a few months at most.
what lightingdo you have on the tank?

I have 2 x 24W PC Bulbs there is a back filter on my tank also, so the actual watts per gallon is along the lines of 4.8 - 5.

I Have a 34g red sea max currently setup, about a month old, so will be moving it in when its ready. I was thinking of keeping the nano tank aswell and have a clown witha smaller anemone.

Anyone know what this anemone is? Would presume it is a rose anemone, but may be wrong.
