anemone id

You shouldn't see its foot, might have to dig a little whole for it, but a healthy one should do it on its own.

How long have you had it?
What size tank/what type of lights?

Those lights should be okay, but individual reflectors are really what make T5s so good.

IMO, your tank is a still a little too new for an anemone, and that fact is going to make it harder to bring the LTA back to a healthy state.

But for now, make sure your water parms stay in check. Dig a hole in the sand near the rock sand interface and place it there. Let is settle in for about a week and then try to feed it a small piece of meaty food.

woke up and saw it planted itself in the sand, has allot more color and ate my poor cleaner shrimp.I hope my lm blenny isn't next lol

Would like to see its mouth closed/tighter, but at least it is settled into the sand bed now.

It took my false percs a couple of months to find my LTA, so don't worry if it takes some time.

yea theres nothing I can really do to make them jump in. Its such a tease every time I look at the tank, they are swimming 2 or 3 inches above it.

Mine would tease me by hovering near it all the time. The female would let her tail touch it once in a while.

Went from this ( for about a month )
