Anemone in broodstock tank? Bad idea?

I am setting up a broodstock tank for my Grade A/Snowcasso pair (A. Percula). The tank is a marineland 45g cube (24"x24"x18") and they will be the only ones in it. I have a 6-7 inch neon green haddoni in another tank that i would consider putting in the broodstock tank after it is stable (6+ months). The tank has been setup for a few weeks now with LR, live sand, and a 4 inch clay pot.

Current tank lights: AquaticLife 24" 6 bulb T5

My questions are:

Would it be a bad idea to have a carpet in the broodstock tank?

Would it be a better idea to put a bta instead?

Or should i just leave it as is with only the pot?

Here are a couple pics of the tank:

I would not use a BTA. I think Haddoni are fine, Percula usually will accept Haddoni as host. Don't force them into one however.
H. malu is also a easy anemone species to keep. They stay small, less than 10 inches so should do just fine in your tank.
Here is my Green H. malu with Onyx and Snowflake pair 9 you don't see the Onyx here in this picture

I usually don't cost a lot. I got mine for 24 dollars at Petco (the green one). The purple at a LFS for 45.
They are not really common. Often LiveAquaria have them for 40-200+. Recently they have a red-orange one for a huge price.

I have been thinking about, and especially from some other responses on the same thread on another forum site. I think it would be better and i would have cleaner water if i just kept the pot in here. I plan on having another tank where i will keep my favorite picassos/snowcassos with a nice anemone.
Thanks
