Anemone in New tank?

Ok i was wondering how long i should wait till i put in an anemone my tank has been runnig for 3 months now, i have many corals and 2 clowns, and a sea hare, so far i now would like to transfure my anemone. Are there any rules on how aged the tank should be?

I would wait until the nitrates have been undetectable for a couple of months and there is plenty of mysids, microcrustaceans, small bristle worms,etc.

Well my nitrates are untracable and there are a ton of bristle worms and mysids and uncountable pods.

If all is stable and your microfauna is well established, then I don't see why you shouldn't be able to transfer the anemone. Out of curiousity, what species is it
