Anemone Island!

Thought I'd show some pic's of my tank. It used to have rock all the way across the tank but shrooms took over all my rock. So I traded it in for some new clean rock. All new rock on right side. I had a RBTA that split so I wanted the ANEMONE ISLAND LOOK. Now there's 11 RBTA!

Looks great! Did they split to the total of 11 or did you add some more for your Nem mountain?

Just curious... Does the spliter continue to divide or does all the clones divide up too?

I have a nem area going, but not as many as yours ;)

Nope they split from one anemone. I think I know which one the mother is, still the largest one out of all of them. The cones split up too.
Thanks.

Very cool, how big is the tank?

Thanks, It's a 90 gal. Oceanic/starphire front glass. 30 gal. sump.

sweet,very very nice....a little jealous,,,,,,
Thanks.

please don't let this die!!!! I'm still hoping you will offer some insight on how you got so many splits!!!

Thanks,

Chris

How long did it take to get 11? Also any tips on making them splt?

It took just under a year to get to 11. Not doing anything out of the ordinary. I feed once every 2 weeks a piece of shrimp soaked in Selcon and Reef Plus. They also get a little flake and pellet when feeding the fish. Under medium flow and T-5 lighting, I've read some say they split because they're stressed or unhappy, or to better their odds. All my water parameters are good. When I had my 55 gallon tank, I could'nt keep an anemone alive.
