anemone on my head

I have had an anemone now for about a week. He never really attached to anything. Now for the last two days it keeps turning upside down. Dose anyone have any ideas why? Thanks for your time and help. I have been very consistent on water changes and all my prams look good. Also I have anouther bubble tip that seems to be doing very well.

That anemone is a sick anemone and likely benefit from treatment with antibiotic.
What species of anemone is he?

First off, welcome to Reef Central!

+1 on the sticky that OrionN provided...It's suggested to let a new tank stabilize for 6 months before adding anemones. At 3 months old, I doubt that your tank is stable enough yet; but, since you already have another & added this one, definitely keep up on your water changes to maintain perfect parameters, & you might have a chance w/ them. More info on your tank would help us to help you...What are your water parameters, the type of lighting you have, & what kind of anemones are they?
