The problem with FO aquariums is that people often do not purchase the correct type of lighting which is required to maintain cnidarian due to it being fish only. What type of lighting do you have and what is the wattage and spectrum of the bulbs. You may have trouble with the niger trigger as they can develop a taste for invertebrates. I wouldn't worry so much about a bubble anemone eating your fish. It is the carpet anemones (haddoni) whom have a notorious reputation for fish eating.
