Anemone Question

well, i just got my first anemone over the weekend, a nice rbta. i noticed today that there is some sand on it. what should i do? there isnt enough flow to push it off. also how much flow should i have, the tentacles are swaying a bit each way, if you have a video of proper flow that would be great.

I wouldn't worry about the sand. Your tank volume should turn over at least 15 times per hour.
